I have been trying to reach out to this company since November 12th 2024 Tried to cancel the order 15 minutes after it was purchased. and they will not refund my money. They would not respond to me until a week later. So they can lie, they already sent the merchandise. They keep giving me fake tracking numbers and saying they're sending it. All of the comments Reviews say the same never sent it or the product is faulty and not the same as advertised. Had a house fire on the 17th of November even tried explaining that to them I am. In a hotel with my family still. They still will not issue me a refund. They refuse, I also have what'sapp Messages, No matter how much I say I want a refund, they refuse and there is only this number on WhatsApp to reach then. This is such a fraud company and it is not fair for them to take advantage of people like this. Please check into this. It is a very bad company.
