Description
I ordered a dress on 11/20. I received a confirmation email but no shipping information. When I went to their website and put in the order number, it said that number did not exist. I tried emailing multiple times with no response. I tried calling the number several times and it will just ring and then drop the call. There is no voicemail. The website says the main location is Great Britain but there is a U. S. location of 3222 W. Runion Dr. Phoenix AZ. When I google this address, it is someone's personal home.
