This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
The site makes users buy tokens in order to speak with "matches" and pay for chats. You cannot chat with a local single until you pay for a token, and even if you pay to talk to them, you still then have to keep paying tokens to continue the conversation. All of the "users" are super attractive and always online, which is fake. The site says they verify every user but that is clearly not the case. My senior, destitute father has spent hundreds of dollars (all the money he has) in a short period of time because he believes he is "popular" on this site with very attractive 25 year olds who can't wait to talk to him. Magically, there are no unattractive, normal users trying to reach out to my father. Reviewing the terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the website, there is no indication that these are fake or paid people, instead it talks about identities being all verified and prevents paying users from falsifying their profiles/information.
