I saw an ad on Facebook for a pet memorial embroidered sweatshirt and the website looked very reliable, so I ordered a custom sweatshirt as a Christmas gift and it is now 3 weeks later and I have yet to receive the product. I have even reached out to the company to ask about the status of my order but they have yet to respond to any of my emails.
