Description

Normally I do my homework and check out reviews on a company but never thought someone would counterfeit water filters for a refrigerator. I am only happy that I did not lose more money as I was tempted to save and purchase more filters than I did. I have purchased GE water filters for over 10 years and this was a first experience. I purchased 4 GE RPWFE water filters from this company and they looked normal. I never even gave it a thought but they didn’t have the RFID chip. I tried one filter and when it didn’t work I tried a second and then I noticed the chips missing and went online and found that several other people had the same issue. I placed the order and I received the invoice and tracking information and when I received the package it came from a completely different address. The address it shipped from was Peter (no last name)500 E 18th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64108. I hope that I get my money back and as hopeful as I am I dont think this will happen; however I hope that I can save someone else the trouble of being scammed. The website was legit looking.
