TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT The following document outlines the terms and conditions of employment with ShipBridge USA LLC. The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as necessary, with proper notice. Position: Package Handler Type: Home-Based | Full-Time | Part-Time | Online Office Basic Salary: $3,400 plus a $45 bonus for each additional package Hours: 10-12 per week (flexible schedule) MANDATE Under the guidance of the Customer Care Department, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service, the Package Handler is responsible for facilitating the receipt, storage, movement, and shipping of supplies, stock, and materials, effectively managing the timely flow of order processing. WORK SCHEME 1. Receive packages at your own address; 2. Unpack and inspect incoming shipments; 3. Forward packages using prepaid shipping labels; 4. Keep accurate records of items shipped and received. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A. (70%) Organize and coordinate the transportation of materials and manage the timely flow of customer orders. Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, facilitate the shipping and/or receiving of products to and from the stores on behalf of customers. This includes organizing the shipping or receipt of products or preparing for the delivery of products to and from the facility, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and time management. Managing the flow of orders involves a strong reliance on monitoring and coordinating delivery pickup and/or drop-off schedules, both manually and with computer programs. B. (30%) Provide and maintain excellent customer service and resolve issues. As a vital member of the team, ensure that customers are highly valued and receive exceptional service throughout the order processing flow, including preparing loads for shipment and managing the inbound and outbound warehouse traffic.
