Saw (2) beautiful stained glass table lamps on Normadic website and ordered them ($139.92 total) . Took months to get arrive. When opened, they were plastic and look to be about $5 worth of quality. I went to the website to return; I was given the option to keep the items with a 30% refund. I opted to return them via Postal Annex for $63.90 since it was in the Netherlands. Nomardic required a tracking number, so I kept watching it and it sat in the Netherlands customs for well over a month. It was refused and returned back to me. During the time I was waiting, I got a text saying my items were in custom because of a wrong zipcode. I clicked on the link which took me to a USPS website. It was asking me to confirm the zip code and I did. There was a $0.30 charge, so I entered my VISA credit card. It didn't take it so I entered my AM EX card. It didn't take that either. I called USPS and they said it was probably a scam, and they can't see packages internationally. I called Postal Annex, and they said it was probably a scam and that packages stay in customs for a few weeks, and it was normal. They confirmed there was no message about a wrong zip code. We had placed the return letter from Normadic with the return address on the exterior of the package. I called my VISA card company, and someone opened a digital wallet, so I had to cancel my credit card. I also called my AM EX card company, and someone attempted to open a digital wallet, by AM EX had denied it. Every step of the way, these lights have been an absolute scam.
