Description

Alleged scammer/caller left several messages over a period of three weeks stating they needed to reach a family member for legal documents that requires signing. When I asked the scammer the nature of the legal document, the scammer indicated that it was in regards to a "civil complaint". Asked the scammer for the nature and the scammer refused. The Scammer stated that they will be serving legal document through their lawyers. Advised the scammer they were calling for does not reside at the address. The scammer stated he would have documents served to the owner of the residence. Advised the scammer that no documents will be accepted at the residence and the authorities will be notified. There are no such person living at the address/phone they are calling for. They hung up.
