Called Starluck Flowers to order flowers for friends funeral. Everything at first went very professional, ordered fowers, asked if they delivered in that area, they said sure sure! Told I would be sent a confirmation which never happened. Called back ask for confirmation to be sent by email, never got it. Long story short, flowers never arrived, when I went to look up customer complaints on this business started to see a pattern of them talking money but no delivery, all stating they couldn’t deliver because out of area. When I called to ask where my flowers were, they told me the same thing, can’t deliver out of area! Never called, never emailed and when I asked if they could deliver it originally they said yes! Absolutely no problem! Now I camnot get a refund and will have to report as a fraud/scam! This business should not be allowed to continue this scam on people. Now I am fighting for my 94.29 back!
