I've been receiving multiple letters over the past few months from the "Home Warranty Division," all claiming that my home warranty is either about to expire or has already expired. Each letter provides different expiration dates, and there is a name listed—Wade Grant, Program Director—along with a contact number: 1-888-404-4504. The letters urge me to call during their stated operating hours but fail to provide any official return address or further details about where the communication is coming from. Given the repeated nature of these unsolicited letters, I suspect this is a scam and wanted to notify you to help warn others.
