Searched royal carbians number and the number my parents reciced was the first one on google. They attenped to pick their room for the cruise i booked for them and was already paid in full (including the room). They rold my parents that they would have to lay extra for a specific room. This was not the case and should. Not have been the case. When attempting to cancel rhe transaction... my parents where told that it was to kaye as payments went through and theh couldnt cancel. They got a total of $502 that is currently getting disputed.
