Description
We had made a purchase of two flight tickets to Frontier using there site. Once we received our tickets, we checked in. We double checked our tickets at frontier but it came back as fraudulent. We clalled Jattravels to correct this and they said they have us rescheduled us to only found out they never did. Next you know it we getting harassed by them under a different email threating us to pay them $100 dollars or they flight ban us. Next you know it, they using our card to purchase a couple of trips we didn't authorized for over $900. We had to freeze our account and get another credit card to use. For anyone considering them please do not buy tickets for them. I hope BBB shut them down. There are ton of reviews just like this one.
