I received the exact same letter as mentioned previously-I called and I was invited to attend a one hour "presentation" and was offered an appointment on the following Monday or Tuesday evening at a Holiday Inn Hotel close to my home. The person on the phone said I would get my voucher after the "presentation" ended. There were no alternative times available but I was offered the opportunity to call on the day I was available to see if any appointments opened up for a more convenient time for me. They asked me for my confirmation number and they were able to identify my name from the number on my letter. I did not make a reservation to attend.
