This company hired my relative after several interviews and presented themselves as a company that markets for non profit organizations. Upon researching this, I could find no examples of these supposed charities that the company has actually been hired to fund raise for. Based on internet comments (Reddit) this company scams young people into fake marketing jobs and doesn't actually produce the service they claim and exploits the labor of young people. It previously called itself Royal COnnections.
