I am writing to report a potential scam in hopes of preventing others from experiencing the same issue. A month ago, I purchased a package of 10 bamboo fiber boxer underwear. The product arrived 12 days after payment, but when I opened the package, one of the boxers was already damaged, with the elastic coming loose. I immediately contacted the company to express my dissatisfaction with the quality and requested instructions for returning the item to receive a refund. They asked for a picture of the damaged product, which I had to send twice because they claimed they didn’t receive it after multiple requests. Then they informed me that they couldn’t issue a refund if the product had been used, to which I clarified again that I had not used the boxers and that they were still in the original packaging. Now, they are telling me that they don’t cover return shipping and have provided an address in Fenggang Town, China. Do I really have to pay expensive shipping to return a poor-quality product bought in the U.S. all the way to China just to get my money back? I’ve been communicating with these people for almost a month, only to be given the runaround, and now this is their final answer? Thank you for your attention to this matter.
