Description
I bought a couple of bras online from what appeared to be a USA website. They arrived and were cheaply made, too small, and packaged poorly. I called a number 833-493-2323 and spoke to someone named Mario. I said I wanted to send the the merchandise back. He told me I could keep the merchandise and they would send me $18 on a $48 purchase. I told him not and asked to talked to his supervisor. He said he had no supervisor but he would contact me the next day. The next day Mario said that if I returned the merchandise it would have to be returned to China at a cost that might be $20- $30 (if it ever arrived there!) I was furious! I didn't let him know I was contacting the BBB and said to return the $18 and I would toss the merchandise out or donate it to Good Will. The address in China: Sibei Xiao, Room 906, R&D Complex Building, Baoyund Logistics Center, Baon District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China NEVER again will I order merchandise online from a company whose name I never heard of!
