Description
On 7/19/24, I encountered an ad while browsing Facebook from a supposed online shop called Camanness. Purchased $91.32 worth of Vineyard Vines shirts from them and promptly received a confirmation email. A few days later, I received a tracking number and link for the shipment of the merchandise. According to their tracking page (https://www.track718.us/en/detail?nums=HSDYH1221483846YQ), the delivery was made to my house on 8/12/24 by USPS but no such delivery was made. This is also reflected in the Daily Digest emails I receive from USPS every day with the list of items I am getting for the particular day (there was no package delivery for any day that week). Checking the internet, I see other posts about other people who had bought items from this company but never received their items, despite what is mentioned on their tracking website. I have not received responses to the multiple email I sent them and the phone number (568-678-0825) they have listed on my credit card purchase history for this purchase is not valid. I am deputing this with my credit card company.
