Signed up for a free trial of Breeze Mental Health. Didn’t see the value in it but was unable to cancel the few trial before it ended. It didn’t show up in my Apple subscriptions, Apple Wallet, Google Payments, nor is there a way to cancel on the app or the website. The only way to cancel is to contact customer service but they didn’t say that clearly. There’s no phone number and the email was hard to find. Finally was able to cancel but they refuse to refund. I went to review on the App Store and many other people have experienced this also.
