They (Total Consumer Solutions) was the first title they went by. Claiming that I took out a loan in the amount of $1,100 plus interest from Cash Advance Network on 2019. A gentleman whoes name is Mark Jacobs with the phone number 269-294-9093. Each number they call from is different. Threatening me saying if I don't pay I could go to court and that my social security number was attached with a file or something crazy. They call my father and my sister asking for me and leaving them voicemails. They keep calling my phone, its annoying ??. Today 6/20/2024 a woman called saying that she is representing Total Mediations a (different company name) saying the same information like Mark Jacobs (Total consumer Solutions) did. She called from 296-294-9093 same number as Marks Jacobs with a different name 'Total Mediations'. They got me the first time. I paid $220 total, $110 a month was suppose to be arranged. I stopped however because I didn't feel right paying them. They trying to get me again. I want this to stop.
