Description
I was purchasing a Russian Blue cat from a breeder named Sebastian. The total price was $550 plus $200 for transport. I signed a sales contract and agreed to pay half $375) now and the other half when I got the kitten. Then the shipper Mega Pet Ways asked me to pay $1,500 for a crate rental. I paid that on Venmo. Then they said there was a problem with the ownership papers and asked for $1,399. I emailed their demand to Sebastian and said I would not pay anything else until I saw the cat. All communication stopped.
