I was trying to get ahold of Norton LifeLock to cancel my subscription and get a refund. I called the number I entered which I got from Nortons web site. I got an India sounding tech from the Geek Squad web site. He said he could help me but I had to get on my computer. He redirected me to a web site called AnyDesk. Then he had me open a new file to get to a form to get a refund. I filled the form out then he said he needed me to log into my bank account so he could cancel my subscription and he would give me a refund. A pop up came up and he told me to enter $200 that would be part of my refund. Instead $20000 came up and showed up on my checking account. He said there had been a big mistake and that I needed to go to my bank and withdraw $19600 and wire it to him or he would get fired for the mistake. I seen in my account that he had taken $20000 from my savings and put in my checking. I told him I thought this was a scam and I hung up. He tried to call back several times from phone number 360-655-9080 out of Washington State. I called my bank and froze and shut down my back accounts. They did not get any money but he tried. I am getting my computer wiped and debugged. They were very good at manipulating to get into my account.
