Description
I saw a post on Instagram for a sale at the Vera Bradley Outlet Center, Free shipping over $50 and an additional 60% over $100, or something like that. When my cart was over $200, I was told to split my order, not to exceed $200 per order. So, I place my first order. Then, I went to place an order for the rest of my cart and was told only one order per customer. I immediately called my credit card company and was told since the transition was already pending, I would have to wait until the transaction went through to deal with the fraud issue.
