Scammer offered a service that was not fulfilled. The scammer received $250 and requested another $100 after the order was placed in the guise of a delivery fee that was not a part of the order when the order was placed. The scammer refused to offer a pickup location or the New York dispensary’s address. Giving the runaround now for about a month. The product was cannibis the strain was SnowCap. I was instructed by the vendor to wire the funds via cashapp to an account that refuses to refund. The account has refused and ignored my requests numerous times. The original vendor now is in California at another Gumbo dispensary and is blatantly poking fun at the situation via multiple social media platforms. The vendor a Luca Bracci also tried to persuade me to wire them bitcoin or to go to a near by atm and wire them more money a total of $100 still without delivering product or making pick up available. They never contacted me instead offered me a job in the scamming ring under the prose of cashier. I instead kept requesting my refund. I also offered other options that equated to the amount of money sent they gave me the run around.
