Had a voicemail from a woman, identifying herself as Amanda with OAX Recission, first indicating that this was not a sales call but to identify my qualification in a class action suit for timeshare fraud. Requested that I call back for confirmation and after a few missed calls back and forth, was finally able to talk to them. She first indicated that they were not, NOT a timeshare exit company but every search I've conducted points to them being just that. I did find a website that points to them and says they are in Chicago but I cannot find any reference as being a legitimate company registered in the state of Illinois. Then she tells me not everyone will qualify but after telling her who I had my timeshare with, she said you qualify but we cannot guarantee you will get your money back. If its a class action law suit then everyone should qualify, period.
