I took an online IQ test. I paid at the end to receive my results and certificate. They never delivered either to me. I emailed support and they said to wait 20 minutes, that I hadn’t waited long enough. I waited until the next day and emailed again because I still received nothing. They asked if I had a gmail address. I said no, I want a refund. I never got a response until today (three days later) when I told them I was disputing the charge with my bank. They then asked if I had another email. Once again I said no, I want my money back. No response
