Description

I saw some shoes on FB and decided to make an order on 3/27/2024, 3 pairs of sandals for $93.99. I started seeing the advertisement more and more on FB. So, I started reading some of the reviews, something I should have done before ordering the shoes. So, on 3/31/2024, I sent an email to the company asking to cancel my order. I received an email from Anna Taylor, stating that she can't cancel the order because I should have canceled within 24 hours of the order. I stated to her that .... the request to cancel within 24 hours wasn't noted anywhere in the ordering process. Her email, to me, stated that normally shipping takes between 20-25 business days and the package is received within 9-12 business days. It's only been 5 days to date which means the order may or may not have shipped out. I sent the request to [email protected], and she, Anna Taylor, replied. I explained the reason for my cancellation.
