Description
My mother in law received a parcel via FedX. It contained wrist braces that she did NOT order nor did her doctor send in request for. We wish for the company to provide a shipping return for it and for them to refund Medicare. They are not answering their phone nor responding to their emails. This is a scam on elderly people who have no idea on what these people are doing and how to handle these situations. This needs to be resolved ASAP
