They refuse to let you cancel your subscription without calling them. They force you to listen to “why you shouldn’t delete it” then tell you they aren’t open. They’re making me wait until the day I get charged, to cancel my subscription. They gave me the option in app but acted like it was too big of a decision to make without speaking to a rep first. They don’t make it easy to cancel your subscriptions and they run you around in circles until they can take more money from you. They don’t help, they take more money than they give. It’s a scam. They refused to even tell me what card is attached to my file so that I can cancel it. $15 a month for a service that does absolutely NOTHING for me and I haven’t been active in. I can’t imagine how many people have fallen for their “we save you money!” Tricks. They try to offer you money to stay too, but not only do they not give it to you, but they make your whole screen freeze if you even try to talk to customer service chat box about ANYTHING.
