We called AIRTCKT, who we inadvertently thought was KLM, to receive vouchers for a flight we couldn't take due to an injury my wife incurred before the flight. We thought we were talking to KLM directly. We put KLM in the search bar, and AIRTCKT came up. We didn't notice it wasn't KLM. They asked for our confirmation number and told us there would be a charge of $741.71 for the vouchers. We gave them our credit card number assuming that was KLM's policy. After waiting the appropriate time AIRTCKT told us we would receive the vouchers, we called again to see why they had not arrived. This time we actually called the correct KLM number and spoke with a representative who was truly with KLM. I explained the situation and they said they do not work with a third party to disperse vouchers , and that they would email us the vouchers to us that day. We received them from KLM that day. We never received anything from AIRTCKT at any point in time.
