Description

I googled COPA airlines customer service phone number and came across these two numbers. I called both of them over the course of a couple days. Both sites had men who had Indian accents but American names. 1-855-838-4713 Rey Spencer and a Frank Hunt and 855-838-4113 had a "Jason" and a "Ted". Both claimed to be able to change my airline ticket, but were charging a steep fee. I gave "Frank" my credit card information and he sent me an email which looked suspicious to me-- which is when I hung up. I googled the number and came across a BBB report about The Better Business Bureau published an alert on its website saying it has received multiple reports of misleading airline ticket booking sites and customer service numbers that are duping travelers.
