Scammer is using a bogus website via Google Search engine for traveler Dominican Republic E-ticket services. They collect personal information and charge a credit card and never submit the E-ticket or QR Code. The e-ticket is available for free at the legitimate website for the DR immigration\customs Department at eticket.migracion.gob.do
