The product, The Chill Pill, was promoted as a device to help diminish or control Tinnitus. The device would not provide a detectable "pulse" even after repeatedly pressing the + to get a higher intensity pulse. The link provided to request a replacement, return, refund, [email protected], did not work. I sent 4 emails using their link and received no response. Their site did not offer a telephone number. My credit card provider was able to provide a telephone #570-352-1259, which has a recorded message, no one to talk to. I have asked them to call me, but do not expect any response. An honest business would have a working email link and a working telephone number to use to contact them. Their product costs $64.28 and is not worth one penny. This scammer hides behind offering a bogus email link that does not work and no way to contact them. They then tell you credit card provider that you did not complain or request a return or refund and your 60 guaranteed refund time disappears.
