Description
Ordered Jim shore figurines during a after Christmas End of year sale. Through Facebook Marketplace thru collections-sale.com. Never received any confirmation, went to go back to the site and it was taken down. Never received my items. Disputed with my Credit card company, and they insisted they delivered using a "17 Track" website. My daughter also ordered $25.74 of Jim Shore figurines on the exact same site and the same time and her dispute was thru Hencin Inc. Her credit card reversed the charges, mine thru Citi Bank has not, I am still fighting to get my money back.
