They advertised a cookware giveaway on Instagram, said you only had to pay for shipping. I reported this first charge as it has shown up as suspicious under the merchant "BROKENIGNITIONPETSUPPL". The following day, my debit card got charged $193.68 by this company. I tried to dispute this transaction and was told by my bank to contact the merchant at 8669297372 to request a refund. I called the said number and they greeted me like a regular customer service company, asking for my name, email, and shipping address. But then they wouldn't give me the name of the company that made the charges to my account. They said I entered a raffle giveaway and paid 193.68 for 10x the chance to win. I asked them what is this company I supposedly entered the raffle with and they said "Gadget Giveaway". They refused to give me anymore information about the merchant or the third party customer service contact then hung up on me.
