I placed an order with Kiara Jewelry on December 7th, 2023. After I contacted them several times, starting on December 20th, January 11th, and again on January 20th, the order has not shipped. A "Gina Thomas" responds, saying they are sorry about the order delay, but nothing happens. As of January 27th, I have not received the order. This Gina person claims, "The delay with your order is due to an unexpected increase in holiday volume, which has impacted our fulfillment timelines. This is not the experience we want for any of our customers, and we are working tirelessly to resolve these issues." It's been the same excuse since I first contacted them. Please do not order from https://kiarajewelry.com/ through the website or social media accounts in Instagram and Facebook.
