They advertise deeply discounted hotel rates on Facebook - 6 nights for $399. The ad looked straightforward and legitimate. Once you buy, they send you an email letting you know your reservation number and that you have to call an 844 number to book your reservation. The number that they give you is forever putting you on hold. You cannot get a live person to save your life, so I emailed the support email asking for help. They give you the same number to call. I tried to call 5 different times to no avail. My friend had purchased around the same time I did and he tried getting in, but also was never successful. However, he got a call directly from them the next day and they proceeded to ask him if he had a credit card, how much he made a year, was he married etc... all these questions that were unnecessary for his goal, until he discovered that they were a time share. He told them that he was not interested and would like a refund. They gave him a phone number to call, which turned out to be the SAME number he initially called! That's when I got a clue to just email them asking for a refund. Someone named Luis got back to me and gave another 844 number. I guess this was the "escalation" department. However, there were no prompts saying anything about refund requests, so I just pressed 2 and a woman named Heather came on the line. I asked her for a refund because I discovered that it was time share, which the add I purchased off of Facebook didn't state that, not even in the fine print. She told me that they issue no refunds due to the the deeply discounted rates. I told her that I do not want to go through with this offer and again asked for a refund. She said that she was confused because they offer no refunds and continued to fast talk like grubby salespeople like to do to try and confuse you. I asked her outright, "So you will not issue me a refund?" She then continued to "sales talk" me with nonsense. I then responded with, "If you will not refund me, I will have to go about this another way. Thank and good bye."
