On 11/24/23, From: Big Lots <[email protected]> sent me an email letting me know my order from https://biglotdiscounts.com/ was on the way. They gave me a tracking # and named the Carrier as Sprinter. I continued to check the tracking # and also emailed several times for a status update. They gave me the run-around and for 2 months continued to tell me my order was on the way. I'm still going back and forth with these email addresses: [email protected] & [email protected] asking for a full refund. They started with an offer of 20% 12/18/23, then 30% 12/27/23, 40% 12/28/23, 50% 12/29/23, 60% 1/2/24, 70 % 1/2/24 now they are offering me 80% max between 1/5/24 & 1/16/24. I keep telling them absolutely not, I want 100%. This is a total scam.</[email protected]>
