I placed an order with Synoshi Inc. on 11/20/2023 and complained that I was not charged correctly at the Black Friday Sale Price of 70% off. They refused to credit me the difference or give me a price adjustment. The company had two different Black Friday promotions going on at the same time with two different sale prices. Further more the website did not allow me to make changes to my order before submitting it. They scammed me by taking my money and over charging me in addition to my receipt showing a different order number compared to the one shown in my order confirmation. I received no resolution for my complaint.
