THE BLOSSOM FLOWER DELIVERY is a SCAM AND THE WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN IMMEDIATELY. I ordered sympathy flowers worth $80 on the website. I got an email confirmation informing me my flowers were delivered. I called the recipients to see if flowers were delivered and they were not. After talking with 2 customer service people, I realized I was being scammed. I asked for the business address since they pose as a delivery and store front shop. Customer service rep said "We cannot provide that information" which I thought was really strange. This fake company uses multiple tactics to pose as a true business.... -text confirmation/communication -email confirmation/communication -phone call customer representatives There is no address of the business. There are many reviews and complaints with the same experience. This is not okay, especially when going through a hard time like a death in the family.
