Description
Test Gorilla has a bait and switch marketing tactic. They have the choice between paying Anually or Monthly, however int he fine print the Monthly payment actually says you will be locked in for 1 year. They also do not provide any method to un-subscribe from the service online. Contacting customer service to cancel your account does not actually cancel or stop the account from renewing. I do not have contact details however a quick look at test gorilla google reviews will show many similar complaints.
