Description
I ordered a foot massager from Nooro and after 10 days I inquired about my order they said it was being sent from China and would be here April. I told them I wanted to cancel my order and they refused saying once an order is shipped they cannot refund the money. I told them I was filing a complaint and have since discovered that this is a scam.
