Description

I was trying to contact Delta Airlines customer service 800 212 1212 and dialed the wrong number 800 212 2121. Phone was answered Delta Airlines but quickly disconnected and I got a callback from 470-375-9074 stating they were Delta airlines. I was working on a complicated certificate redemption and the person took me through all pathways to get my and my wife’s Delta login info because these were “really hard to redeem”after over thirty minutes she said I would need to pay $1500 to redeem the certificates which is when I knew something was wrong because these are free upgrade certificates. She had already cancelled my flight and changed my Delta email contact to [email protected]. When i got an email from Delta that my credentials had changed my wife and I immediately changed all login and security information . Never gave credit card info but that was the next part of their scheme. The person called back a couple of hours later and I asked if this was Delta airlines and she said they worked for Delta . NOT true.
