Description

My son ordered a Christmas gift for his brother on Dec 16th and the tracking info given showed it departed the carrier facility on Dec 18th. He still has not received the package. We have a large family and do a single white elephant gift. He bought this with hard earned money (he isn't old enough to have a job yet) for his older brother and now his brother was the only one NOT to get a gift for Christmas. We live only 2 1/2 hours away from the carrier facility the product was last located at. The email response given to him is not only unsatisfactory, but not a good look for their business. USPS Tracking number is 9305510944102592681439. USPS has said they don't have the package. I'm requesting prompt resolution on this issue due to the provided response from the company being unacceptable for this situation.
