This company scammed thousands of people on a Black Friday sale. I ordered my jewelry on 11/27/2023 and was told it would be shipped in 3-8 business days. A month went by and my order never shipped. I contacted the company via email asking when my order will ship. They replied and informed me that part of my order was out of stock and asked what items i want to replace the out of stock items with, and that the item that was out of stock was what hindered my order from processing. Had I never emailed them to begin with, I never would have known my item was even out of stock. I have emailed them three times since the initial interaction and have heard nothing back. However this company is constantly posting on their Instagram and Tiktok, and ignoring the hundreds of comments from other people asking where their order is
