We meet the group from timeshare helpsource at a hotel in Wyomissing, Pa and they explained how we could get out of our timeshare. They asked for a credit card payment when we signed the contract. We have been contacting them since Sept. 2022, and were toled in Feb. of 2023 that we have a signed contract that is for 24 months. We were told by phone in July that our account was now moved to the transfer dept. then. I have been trying to contact them by email/phone since then & as of 12/4, the phone # is not in service. Looked them up on the internet & get a (719)266-2806 # and called that one & was told it is no longer active. I have sent them several emails, but have heard nothing yet.
