Kevin with Diskriter Staffing: Called with my info from LinkedIn with knowledge of recent active job search. As I was sceptical about the urgency and lack of information regarding their agency, I refused to fill out their Application for my "contract" with Aya Healthcare, as I never sought this re ruiter out directly. I notified I would not send photo ID, provide address, nor SSN without any proper interview in person process with employer or local staffing office. I immediately knew this was fraudulent after I disconnected call and opened the "application" which requested "Mother's Maiden Name" as second question. Absolutely not an appropriate question. Please beware.
