I received a letter that stated Great Expressions Dental Centers PHI was accessed between Feb 17, 2023 and Feb 22, 2023. The letter offered two years of identily protection through Kroll Monitoring, providing the email address and a membership number. The website asks for social security number, date of birth, address and telephone number.
