Description
I tried to pay my optimum Internet bill through the phone number online. I was told to verify all my personal information including name address, phone number last four of social. I made the payment with the person on the phone about a week later my Internet services got shut off due to nonpayment. I went into the store to talk to them and they told me that they know they’ve had a bunch of people scamming their customers however, they are not doing anything about it and to file a dispute with my bank for the funds that I paid.
