Description
Called me saying they were a debt collector/ lawyers office. Trying to collect a debt from 1997-2012 in the amt if $11,000 and will settle for $3800. Didn’t have my correct information. Contacted me through my son’s ex wife of years ago. Threatened me with missing a court date. Failure to appear and avoiding being served papers, as well as garnishing my wages. Wanted a final statement. Asked me “why are you lying to me?” Threatening to Put a lien on my personal property.
