Description

Business emailed me as Sam's Club survey. I had just purchased a membership so I thought it was a legit email from Sam's. Took a survey offering a free gift pay only S&H charges. Gift I selected was switch after payment was collected. I was issued a MaxChoice video doorbell instead due to "high volume demand" on the original gift selected. Called the customer service number. Gentleman explained to me that if I failed to call back with a review of the product, they would charge more for it. Read reviews about the product on Google Play Store after the call. Many reviews about this company charging 68 dollars more without consent. I cancelled my credit card to prevent additional theft. Sending the product back immediately to the PO box listed on the shipping label. No actual address to be found. They can keep the 9.75 S&H fee I paid. Lesson learned.
